Catering for sports enthusiasts, Hopewell offers an accessible, fenced and secure wilderness area for cyclists, runners and horse riders wanting a natural experience. The trails take visitors through a variety of biomes, ranging from different types of grassy fynbos through to valley bushveld in the kloofs and northern section of the property. Guests have the opportunity to encounter wild game including eland, kudu, red hartebeest, Cape mountain zebra and springbok in the pristine natural environment.
Hopewell Conservation Estate has a number of trails all of varying intensities: 7km, 20km, 32km, 44km and 55km. A restaurant is available onsite for delicious meals after your hike or trail.
